Xzibitにとって2作目となる"Restless"だが、本人はDre中心のいわゆる西海岸の人になっていて、そこが前作と違うところ。そのDreがExecutive Producer(曲自体のProduce自体は3曲)になっていて、彼の仲間達も多く参加しているため、Dre色の強いアルバムになっている。内容的には、ループのきまったTrackが多く、もちろんXzibitのダミ太なMCも巣晴らしく、今のウエストサイドの好調さをよく表している。
