Hip-Hopを代表するProducer, Timbalandのソロとしては、8年振りとなるアルバム。昨年、Nelly FurtadoとJustin TimberlakeのProduceが当たり、勢いを取り戻した感があるが、当然サウンドはこの2作、特にJustinのアルバムからの継続性がうかがえる。ジャンルや地域にとらわれないフューチャリスティックなTrackばかりで、全体的にはシリアスな感じを受ける。後半はロック色の強い曲も並ぶ。耳に心地よい音を排し、商業的成功より、作りたい音楽だけを作るというMusician Shipを大事にする態度は潔い。
