Monicaの3作目。昨年のAll Eyes On Meは結局日本でのみのリリースとなったため、本国ではこれが3年ぶりということになる。Missy ElliottをExercutive Producerに迎えたおかげで、エッジの利いたTrackが増え、オーソドックスなミディアム-スローと合わせてアルバムとしての幅を広げている。優等生的な印象はまだまだ消えないが、唄の表現力が充実してきたといえる。輸入盤では14以降がBonus CDで18がPV。
