GuruのJazzMatazz第３弾。前２作と比べるとアルバムタイトルにあるようにソウル色が強まり、ジャズテイストは薄れたが生音感覚はそのまま。超豪華なGuest陣を自身と定番Producerたちがうまくまとめた大人向けのHip-Hopといえる。適度にRapと歌が混ざり合っていて、良くも悪くも破綻の無い統一感のあるアルバム。個人的にはこういうの好きです。
