3人各様のソロ活動を経ての、3年振りとなるDestiny's Childの新作。前作に比べ、大物Producerの起用も多く、その分楽曲としてのクオリティはたいへん高くなっている。ただ、はじけたトラックはシングルカットされた"1"だけで、後はミディアム～スローばかりで、どうしても物足りなく感じてしまう。ジャケット写真の中央をMichelleにゆずっていたり、コーラス重視のVocal ArrangeだったりでBeyonce色を薄め、3人でのグループを強調するような演出が感じられる。
