怪人Cee-Loの２作目。約半分に減った本人(本名のThomas Callaway名義)ProduceのTrackと、大物Producer起用の残りのTrackがCee-Loの独特の個性のもとに、うまい具合に融合している。全般的な印象は黒くて、どファンク。SouthのりのTrackも当然あるのだが、既に枠組みは飛び越している。メローなTrackもなかなかのもの。
